Alex F. Aronoff, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Alex F. Aronoff, DVM has been a proud member of the Manor Veterinary Hospital family since June of 2016.

Dr. Aronoff grew up reading the books of James Herriot, and has had a life-long love of animals. He originally was Class of 2001 at Texas A&M University, and graduated with a liberal arts degree in Speech Communication. In 2009, he realized that he needed to follow his heart, and enter veterinary medicine. After three years of additional bachelor’s level coursework in sciences, he entered the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M in 2012, graduated magna cum laude in May of 2016, and joined Manor Veterinary Hospital as the Associate Veterinarian in June of 2016.

Before veterinary medical school, Dr. Aronoff spent four years as the Dallas City Director for B’nai B’rith Youth Organization, an international non-profit agency dedicated to teaching leadership skills and community involvement to older adolescents. Dr. Aronoff brings his passion for educating from his time at B’nai B’rith, and firmly believes that education of pet owners is essential to ensuring better lives for their beloved pets. He is always happy to take the time to see that all his clients’ questions have been answered, and that they understand all aspects of any recommended diagnostics or treatments.

Dr. Aronoff lives in Pflugerville with his wife, Emily, their four dogs, Freya, Dutch, Astrid, and Floki, and their parakeet, Frisbee. He and Emily enjoy taking in all of Central Texas’ outdoor adventures, and have become avid fans of flat water kayaking. They also enjoy hiking, and driving through the Texas Hill Country (sometimes to sample the Hill Country wineries). When time and the weather allow, Dr. Aronoff also enjoys mountain biking.
