“This is such a wonderful veterinary clinic! I’ve taken all of my animals here ever since Dr. Carter opened… She always strives to interact with the cat, talking to her, helping her stay calm, even letting her know what’s happening (even though I’m the one being informed then!)… And I can tell you from previous animals, she will never pressure you for unneeded procedures or tests for your pets… I no longer live near this office, but I’m going to keep making the drive because I know my cat will always get the best care around.”

I came in with my older cat for an appointment on a Thursday, saw our normal vet Dr. Weirauch, and following some tests had been managing her symptoms at home. She took a turn on Saturday morning, so we dropped in as soon as the office opened. Dr. Weirauch saw us almost immediately, ran some quick tests, and made a specific referral to an emergency center that had the doctors and resources on hand to address our needs, and provided immediate pain relief to keep her comfortable on the way. My girl was in critical condition when we arrived at the emergency center, but her full history and most recent notes had all been already sent over and received, and she was able to get the care she needed quickly. She's stable now while we figure out a diagnosis and next steps, and I'm grateful for Dr. Weirauch and the team at MVH for their responsiveness, their concern for getting us to the right place when things turned urgent, and their care and support all along the way.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I could give this clinic more stars, I would. They are part of the heart and soul of this community, and have never been anything but absolutely amazing to our furbabies. Our first encounter was when our big mama, Bella, was close to crossing the rainbow bridge. They provided love, support, and helped us be able to keep her comfortable at our home until it was her time to go. They connected us with a great cremation company, and were part of that process from start to finish. Over the past couple years they have provided excellent dentistry for our other two furbabies, resection of a tumor, amazing boarding, great physicals, and fabulous wound care. We had to leave the area for a bit, and I knew without a doubt that our puppers were in the most caring and capable hands. They even helped our biggest baby become less anxious around others. The vet techs greet your furbabies like they're family and go above and beyond every time they're triaging, helping with procedures, and doing a million+ things at once all with smiles on their faces. Every veterinarian we've met has been incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and puts their heart into everything they do. I know without a doubt that my furbabies will always get the best care here. The vets wear their hearts on their sleeves, and they sincerely care about all of the animals that come in those doors. I'm grateful I didn't have to come for anything serious, but if anything were to happen I would happily come back because they took great care of my baby. I booked a last minute appointment because my pup has pretty bad seasonal allergies and her normal place wouldn't have been able to take her for a while and Manor Vet was able to squeeze me within the day! Everyone from the front desk, the vet tech, to the doctor was so sweet to me and my baby girl. Excellent care and at an excellent price! I might just make this our new home vet :DPosted on Yelp
Douglas S.Dr. Carter (Doc Bonnie to my dogs) has been taking care of my pets for over 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else (at their insistence). The first dog I brought to her in July 2000 had been a stray for over 18 months, and was heart worm positive and pregnant to boot. Manor Vet took great care of Soji, then and over the next twelve years. My other dogs have gotten equally good care, and the staff is excellent too.Posted on Yelp

Bonnie has taken care of all our animals from the puppy/kitty stage all the way through their lives. She is very compassionate, caring, and has the best bedside manner. Heather B.I need to add a new review to address end of life care. My cat was at the end, and I made the difficult decision for a peaceful death. The compassion I was shown from the moment I walked in was incredible. I stayed with my sweet kitty the whole time and after a while. I was not rushed. Every person I've interacted with, the doctors, the assistants, the front desk people, anyone who's ever answered the phone, all of them are just so so kind. My dog gets extremely stressed at the vet, but everyone at MVH is so gentle with him. They allow you in the room now but before that, I could hear them from the lobby telling him he's a good boy, that he's okay, and just being so sweet to him to make him feel comfortable. We have been 3 times now and every single time is the same. I just had a phone interaction with an employee who again, was so sweet. I just had to come write a review. All appropriate precautions taken due to COVID: intake, update, and billing conversations were held by phone, and I was instructed to wear a mask when the vet tech (also masked) came out to my car to pick her up and bring her back after her appointment. Great experience!
