Payment Options

We understand that veterinary care is an important investment in your pet’s health. At Manor Veterinary Hospital, we offer a range of payment options to help make care more manageable and accessible. From traditional payment methods to flexible financing plans, our goal is to provide clear, straightforward options so you can focus on your pet’s needs without added stress.

In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill our clients.  

Payment is expected when services are rendered.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), cash, check, Cherry Payments, and CareCredit. Identification is required when using your credit card or writing a check.

Cherry Payment Plans

Cherry is a flexible payment option that allows you to split the cost of your pet’s care into manageable monthly payments. The application process is quick and can be completed from your phone or at our front desk, with no hard credit check required.

Cherry currently offers:

• A 6-month no-interest plan (minimum purchase of $200)
• Extended plans from 9 to 24 months, which include APR

Please information to know: 

A down payment (your first payment) is required at the time of plan selection and is based on the plan you choose.

Plans shorter than 6 months and longer than 24 months are not available

CareCredit Financing

When unexpected illness or injury occurs, treatment costs can add up quickly. Manor Veterinary Hospital offers financing through the CareCredit program to help make care

Credit Card Surcharge Notice: A surcharge of 3% applies to credit card transactions. This fee reflects the cost of processing and does not exceed our cost of acceptance. Debit card payments are not subject to this fee.
